Greetings from new jersey! Glad to see so many people turn out for the 5k. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

What is everyone tired from the 5k? No extracurricular activities today? Slackers. :)
My family and I had a thanksgiving feast today since I won't be with them for turkey day. Therefore I knew I had to get out and do something before the tryptophan set in.
Did the following while enjoying the unseasonably warm weather:
400m run
50 squats
400m run
50 pushups
400m run
50 situps
400m run
Time--18:20
My fastest time was with the squats and my slowest was with pushups. But I did all 50 from my toes! Running after squatting was really difficult. I wanted to work on pullups too but the crappy playground didn't have anything for me to use.
Looking forward to seeing what tomorrow's wod is. Hoping it's a heavy lift that I'll be able to make up at globo gym.

I went on a run, which was nice, then worked on grad school applications all day, which SUCKED. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the footage of the CrossFit Games 7k, and have decided to change my name to Svienbjorn Svienbjornsson.

I think this is about where I was last time...
I've developed an active disdain for mirrors and octagonal iron plates.
Accessory work - Nice walk and brunch with Dharma in Williamsburg. I am now hipper than I was yesterday, which was pretty frackin hip.

Installed 8', 30" from wall chin up bar on exterior wall of house. Cooked dinner, fed family, ate dinner, drank wine with friends, cleaned up, took out trash and did 10 quick kipping chin ups against better judgement.

Anyone else notice that in the picture today Scott is right in the middle of a stare down between Gabe and Ryan?
First of all the Con was a big success and that is due in large part to the hard work and long hours put in by a bunch of CFSBKers. Thanks to everyone for their support this weekend.
Second, I want to say congratulations to Steph P and her team for winning the Rugby championship this weekend and bringing the title back to NY. First the Yankees, now this.
See y'all tomorrow
