One Day - One Workout - Two Causes.
For the fourth year in a row, numerous CrossFit affiliates worldwide will do "Fight Gone Bad" to raise funds for The Prostate Cancer Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project.
This will be CrossFit South Brooklyn's second year representing a team. Interested participants should sign up at our team page and create a profile. There is no fee for signing up and no donation minimums. Get your friends and family to sponsor you and have them come out for the event! Last year we raised over $7,000 for charity, this year our goal is $10,000.
